Two way to beat this guy: 1) SnS Tank: block every projectile hit with the shield and keep whaling when you have openings. Through attrition you will succeed 2) AoE DPS: Use the Special moves of the Spear, Great Sword, or Bow and try to kill it as fast as possible before ir kills you. Maximize time spent invincible whenever possible

Fun fact, if you die in your house during the cold event, the doorway will be fully sealed in ice… that’s shaped like a horrifying skull/face. Creepy detail, that one, like the storm was alive in some degree.
